Calgary, Canada -- February 9, 2010 -- Hitachi ID Systems is pleased to announce expanded support hours, to better assist European customers.
“We are committed to growing our business globally, and are experiencing significant growth from European-headquartered customers in particular,” says Gideon Shoham, CEO. To better support these customers, Hitachi ID Systems is expanding technical support hours to overlap with business hours in European countries.
“This expansion will better serve our European customers, who won't have to wait for the North American business day to begin before they can get technical assistance,” says Zvjezdan Patz, Support Manager.
